Wanted to share this valentine make up style with all of you

1- Apply foundation all over the face

2- Apply concealer two shades lighter than your skin on your forehead and the bridge of your nose and your shin and under your eyes to highlight The face .

3- Use a darker shade of your skin tone to contour your face , the most common is to use use it under the cheekbones and the two sides of your forehead . But it could be use for more correction, it depend on the shape of the face.

4-Loose powder all over the face to set the base.

5- Use a sheer pink blush cause it will look natural on the apple of the cheek.

6-Fill your eyebrow with a natural brow color that is close to your hair color.( if dark hair use dark brown etc).and brush it upward following the natural arch.

7-Use a light shadow like white ,beige, pale, rose, cream allover the eyelid

8- Use a medium color like caramel,reddish brown, prune ,bronze,peach, in the crease of the eye all the way to the bridge of the nose using a big blending brush,and under the lash line and connect the upper shadow withe the lower one.

9-Place the shimmer in light color to reflect the light in the inner corner of your eyes.

10-Use a darker color like dark brown or black or purple or burgundy in the inner crease of the eye with a small blending brush but don’t go all the way this time ,stop before you get to the middle ,unless your eyes are fa r apart you can continue to blend in . Do the same under your lower lash line but closer to your lashes.

11-Apply eye kohl in black or any color that you desire inside the rim of your eyes

12- Liquid eyeliner on the upper lash line and wing it at the end a little for a little drama .

13-Apply a set of false eyelashes

14-Apply your favorite lipstick or gloss .(for red lipstick I love russian red from Mac)

إن تزيين المشاهير يعدّ امتيازاً لأي خبير تزيين. فهذا الأمر يمنح خبير التجميل شهرةً أوسع. وتعتبر نوال شخصاً مهنياً ودقيقاً في المواعيد بامتياز. فهي دائماً حاضرة وتقوم بتهيئة ملابسها دوماً. كما أنها نجمة محبوبة وتلهم محبي الموضة. وكما قلت في برنامج زافين، فهي سباقة في مجال الموضة. ويقوم طوني المندلق بتصفيف شعرها على الدوام. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تثق نوال بأسلوبي وذوقي. ففي آخر فيديو كليب قامت بتصويره، ابتكرنا أكثر من 5 طلات. أما بالنسبة إلى المقابلات، فيكون ماكياج نوال طبيعياً وبسيطاً وهذا ما نحبه نحن الإثنتان. وكوني خبيرة تجميل، أجده من الهام أن أظهر أسلوبي من خلال التعاون مع مشاهير كي يتمكن الناس من الوصول إليه بشكل أسهل فيرونه ويتبعونه. والآن نقوم بالتحضير لفيديو كليبها الجديد وتغلبني الحماسة لأن هذا الفيديو كليب سيكون لأكثر أغنية أحبها من ألبومها الجديد.

ما هو أكثر ما تحبيته في نوال؟

إنها شخص لطيف، وأم رائعة، ورمز للموضة لأنها تدرك ما يليق بها. وأفضل ما تتميز به شخصيتها هو ثقتها بنفسها، وهو الأمر الأكثر أهمية الذي يجدر بالنساء كلهن التمتع به فهو يجعل الناس يرون الجمال الحقيقي في المرأة. أما بالنسبة إلى وجهها، فتتمتع بحاجبين مقوسين طبيعياً وعينين جميلتين، الأمر الذي يتيح لي تجربة طلات مختلفة وستبدو خلابة في كل طلة.

ما هي الألوان والتقنيات التي تستعملينها لابتكار ماكياج نوال؟

دائماً ما أستعمل الألوان الترابية مع نوال، فضلاً عن الألوان الرملية والالوان المائية، وعلى سبيل المثال مستحضر Naked and Cork من ماركة MAC، من دون أن ننسى ألوان البشرة البرونزية والمستحضرات اللماعة. أما بالنسبة إلى الشفاه، فأحب أن أمزج ما بين Hug Me وFan Fare. وعلى وجنتيها، أستعمل أحمر الخدود Blush Orgasm من ماركة Nars. وثمة أيضاً منتج سري إضافي أستعمله على وجهها فقط!

هالة عجم: كيف يسرع السكر شيخوختك ؟

بحسب الدكتور بيريكوني Perricone، يلعب السكر المكرر دوراً بارزاً في الإلتهاب والشيخوخة المتقدمة. ويقول بيريكوني “إنّ التسكر هو الأثر الطويل المدى للسكر على الجسم. فالأطعمة التي تحتوي على نسبة عالية من السكر مشحونة بسكريات تلتصق بالبروتينات في الخلايا وبالكولاجين في البشرة ما إن يتم إطلاقها. كما أن الإتصال بين السكر وبين البروتين ينتج جذوراً حرة تدفع إلى حصول الإلتهاب. فضلاً عن ذلك، يجعل هذا التسكر من الصعب بالنسبة إلى الخلايا أن تعمل بشكل صحيح، ما يؤدي إلى تدمير أنظمة الجسم كلها، بما فيها البشرة”.

وبالرغم من أنه من الصعب حذف السكر كلياً من نظامك الغذائي، إلا أنه يعتقد أن السكر الطبيعي لا يسبب ارتفاعاً سريعاً في نسبة السكر في الدم (بما أنه يساعد الجسم على امتصاص السكر) على عكس السكر المكرر، بالرغم من أن أي نسبة سكر تسبب في ارتفاع هذه النسبة إلى حد ما.

نصيحة داخلية: إن ممارسة الرياضة من 30 إلى 60 دقيقة في الأسبوع على الأقل تساعد على تقليص الإلتهاب بما أنها تحافظ على قوة ومرونة العضلات، والأنسجة، والعظام كما تحافظ على مستويات عالية للدورة الدموية. وتأكدي من عدم ممارسة الرياضة بشكل مفرط، فهذا الأمر قد يزعزع توازنك الطبيعي ويمنع الخلايا من الحفاظ على الصحة المناسبة.

إن الماكياج الشفاف هو، برأيي، الأقرب إلى أن يكون خفياً. فهذا النوع من الماكياج يحسّن اللون الطبيعي للبشرة والوجه. ولهذا السبب يجب على كريم الأساس أن يكون فاتح اللون. أما أحمر الخدود فيجب أن يوضع بلونيه الخوخي والوردي على عظمة الخد كي يبدو الوجه مفعماً بالنضارة والحيوية كما لو كان هذا هو اللون الطبيعي لاحمرار وجنتي المرأة. ونصل إلى الشفاه والتي لا يجب أن يتم تحديدها، بل تلوينها بشكل خفيف. كما أن ظل الجفون يجب أن يكون طبيعياً، ومن ثم يضاف القليل من الماسكارا بشكل لا يُذكر. فهذه حيلة جيدة كي تتاظهري سيدتي بأن تضعين الماكياج!

Makeup that is nude is the closest thing, in my opinion, to invisible. The makeup enhances the skin tone and natural shade on the face. Foundation should be light. Blusher should be applied in shades of peach and rose to the apple of the cheek for a flushed, healthy appearance that evokes a young girl’s natural way of blushing. Lips should not be defined, just lightly colored. The eye shadow should be natural, and little mascara is to be discretely added. This is good trick to pretend you are wearing makeup!
